Scott Paul Frush, CFA, CFP, is a leading authority on asset allocation policy and portfolio optimization. He has helped investors protect, grow, and insure their wealth for well over a decade. Scott is an assistant vice president for investments and wealth management with a regional Midwest bank located in the suburbs of Detroit. Prior to joining the bank, he was president and senior portfolio manager of Frush Financial Group, a registered investment advisor located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
 
Scott is the 2007 recipient of CFA Magazine’s prestigious “Most Investor Oriented” award, which recognizes one CFA Institute member who has made outstanding contributions to investor education. In addition, he was profiled in the July 2008 issue of Bank Investment Consultant magazine for his approach to portfolio management using exchange-traded funds.
 
Scott received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University. Scott holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations, is insurance licensed for life, health, property, and casualty, and is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed. He is a member and leader of multiple professional and civic organizations.
